So my birthday is just around the corner and I've started making note of some of the things I'd like to unwrap on my grand 23rd year on earth. Here are some of my beauty picks:

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate / Esteé Lauder Advanced Night Repair

because I've not stopped hearing about all of the wonders of these serums. They're an all-round skin luxury. Both are overnight oils applied as part of your usual skincare regimen and are suppose to give you replenished, nourished skin come morning with an overall improved texture and appearance. I couldn't decide between these as they both have excellent customer reviews and promote similar skin fixes.

REN Radiance Perfecting Serum
because the long sunless days have made my skin dull and tired-looking. This serum brings back the vibrancy and glow while helping diminish hyper-pigmentation. Sounds like just the ticket to Summer 2014.

Origins Clear Improvements Active Charcoal Mask
because I adore the miracle of charcoal as it acts like a magnet to draw out impurities from clogged up pores. Living in London means an endless sea of pollutants so a activated charcoal mask would be just the ticket for an evening of skin detoxing.

Merumaya Melting Cleansing Balm
because it's been the number one cleansing balm on the blogosphere and has made it onto many a favourites lists. I love cleansing balms for their gentle cleansing and makeup remover methods without damaging or tugging at the skin.

Clarasonic replacement brush head - sensitive
because I'm practical, too, and it's about time I replaced mine!
