Avene Soothing Hydrating Serum | Review
As the weather changes so does my skin, usually becoming fairly dry and irregular for an adjustment period. This happened a few months ago as we were transitioning from winter into spring (although in the UK it still feels a lot like winter) and my skin went from normal oily to dehydrated pretty
rapidly. I called in the moisture stocks and the Avene Soothing Hydrating Serum worked a wonder, exceeded my expectations. It sinks into the skin beautifully, leaving no residue on the skin whatsoever so is perfect to layer under your daily moisturiser and makeup. It's great for smoothing down any flakey patches to let your makeup sit well on the skin and gives an overall smoother appearance. Not only does it make your skin look more plump and even, it really gets to work on making your skin hydrated and smooth. This has become a real holy grail product for those times when my skin needs an extra injection of moisture (I'm thinking air travel, sunny holidays, and transitioning into autumn/winter).
