Apple Pie Cookie Balls
SIMPLE, QUICK RECIPE · GREAT FOR SNACKING
These apple pie bliss balls are a great mid-afternoon snack and perfect for sharing. They’re made with whole foods, totally plant-based, no oil or refined sugars and hit the sweet spot with that apple pie flavour… kids will love them!

PREP: 5 minutes
COOKING: 20 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2 cups oats
2 heaping tbsp apple sauce
handful of sliced almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp salt (optional)

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180C (350F).
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor until mixed but not too blended (we want to still see the texture of the oats). Roll into balls in the palm of your hand and place on a reusable non-stick baking sheet.
Place in the oven and let bake for around 20 minutes or until golden.
